In 2014 STEM Connector with TATA Consulting Services produced a Study about Women in STEM – Realizing the Potential.  The study included facts about women and girls in STEM such as differences between numbers of male and female workers,  wage differences,  expected growth, etc.    It also highlighted the need for mentoring and internship programs,  and provided top 10 recommendations to move the needle.  Finally, they also cited Techbridge results as an success story that demonstrates that mentoring works.
